A chair with generous dimensions and extreme comfort, designed to encourage people to linger around the dining table. In essence, the primary goal of this project was to promote more socializing and interaction between families and friends.

Its curvilinear shapes were designed with a focus on the back, which, according to Lattoog designers, is the true front of the chairs. As Leonardo Lattavo stated: "We believe that chairs, always positioned around a dining table, reveal their backs to the surrounding environment, keeping their front always hidden beneath the table. That's why we consider the part that is rightly called the back as the 'visual front of the chair.'

And thus, under these premises, the Shell chair was born.
